Well I have been cooking all weekend for my husband and done great on my liquids. I know that this is the ultimate test for me and I am so determined at wanting this that it is not bothering me (okay maybe a little). I am staying focused on being healthy because that is what I want more than anything is to get off of oxygen at night and not become insulin dependent. Both my parents died at an early age and they were both overweight and I want to live a healthier life.
Seven more days to go!
